| Tour Details: Reservations and Pricing |

Reservations: To reserve your place on a CycleItalia Guided Tour, simply print out our reservation form (click on the 'sign up' icon on our home page) fill in the information and mail it to our office with your deposit of $500 per person (personal check, money order or credit card). We'll mail you a complete confirmation packet with pre-trip planning information, balance due, and other helpful information. 2008 Pricing :
each plus airfare, based on double occupancy. Single rooms are sometimes available at extra cost. Please inquire about the specific trip. * Special Note: Prices based on exchange rates in effect at time of publication. We reserve the right to add a surcharge should the US dollar lose substantial value against the euro. Please call for details. Payments: Final payments for all trips are due in our office no later than April 15, 2008. Refunds: If you must cancel your trip for any reason, your deposit is refunded less a 50% cancellation fee if we are notified in writing prior to April 15. Refund (less the cancellation fee) of payments requested after April 15 will be made only if we can fill your space. Travel insurance coverage is highly recommended, we'll enclose an application with your confirmation materials. |
